1st Team All-Region player and a 3rd Team All American for the Bulldogs. He is a Gulfport, MS native.
Ronald Douglas: (SO) 6-foot-9 from Baton Rouge, LA. Douglas played his freshman season at Indian Hills Community College in Iowa. The post player signed yesterday with Ronnie Arrow's South Alabama program. Douglas visited Duquesne, Murray State and South Alabama. Ronald received offers from all 3 schools.
Douglas averaged 6 ppg, 8.5 rebounds and 5.5 blocks a game this season for the Bulldogs. Ronald had 4 games in which he record double digits in block shots. He had 12 blocks versus Holmes Community earlier in the season.
"Ronald can really alter shots and run the floor extremely well," said Wilcher.
Douglas was a All State and All Region player.
Carlos Wright: (SO) 6-foot-0 from Gulfport, MS. Wright is a 3rd year point guard who will be attending Tennessee-Martin next season. Carlos averaged 19.7 ppg and shot 41% (62-151) from three-point range.
"Carlos can really score the ball from the point guard position. He does a great job of running a ball club," said Wilcher.
Wright only took one official visit and decided to sign with the Ohio Valley School.
