Harcum has second player commit

The Harcum College Bears are located in Bryn Mawr, PA. The Bears have had a NJCAA program for just five years and two years at the NJCAA Division One level. The Bears are under the leadership of Head Coach Drew Kelly who has a career record of 99-26 at Harcum College. Kelly and his Bears will play later this month at Rick Ball's JUCO Jamboree on the Campus of St. Peter's in Jersey City, NJ and JucoJunction will be in attendance for the event on Saturday October 24. Jeremiah Bowman, a Washington D.C. Native, will take his game to Longwood University next season. Bowman is a former transfer from Marist College and a third year player for the Bears. Bowman visited the Lancers last month and walked away with a scholarship offer.

"Jeremiah is a very good all around player. Jeremiah is a bigger stronger point guard and a really good get for Longwood University," said Kelly.
Bowman will join his former high school coach Tim Fudd at Longwood University according to coach Kelly. Bowman played at Notre Dame Academy. Longwood University is located in Farmville, VA.
Bowman is the second Bears player to make an early pledge for next season. Wilbur O'Neal committed last month to Robert Morris University. The Bears also have two other promising players in Antonio Bumpus and Diyaaldin Kelley. Bumpus took an unofficial visit this past weekend to Rutgers University according to coach Kelly.
