Harris will join new fellow teammate Falando Jones next season in the SWAC Conference at Mississippi Valley State University. Harris 6-foot-3 point guard from Chicago, IL played this past season at Spoon River College in Canton,IL. Harris averaged 9.7 ppg and 2.6 rebounds this season. The Mudcats finished the season at 3-26 and after the season decided to drop the program.

Jones 6-foot-4 (205) wing player from Mississippi Delta Community College averaged 15.9 ppg and 3.6 assists last season for the Trojans. Jones hails from nearby Greenwood, MS where he was a two sport athlete playing basketball and football.
