Hawks big man makes the call

John Florveus from Hillsborough Community College in Florida will play for the University of Georgia Bulldogs next fall. Florveus will have two years to play for the Bulldogs.

Florveus is a center from nearby Fort Myers that averaged 3.7 points and 3.5 rebounds per game last season for the Hawks while blocking 2.5 shots per game.
UTEP, Washington State and Marshall also showed interest in the center this spring.
