Hawks stun Warriors

Northeast Community College located in Norfolk, NE left Region 9 a few seasons back to join the Iowa Region. The Hawks yesterday traveled down to Indian Hills Community College and stunned the Indians in overtime 134-128.
The Hawks snapped the Warriors 39 game home winning streak. The Hawks now 18-4 on the season were led in scoring by Jalen Bradley with 42 points. Sophomore Chima Moneke added 22 points, Buay Tuach 19 points and Kevin Metoyer added 18 points and dished out 13 assists.

Gary Williams led the Warriors with 30 points in the defeat. The Warriors fall to 20-3 on the season.
Recently Jamaar McKay left the Warriors program. McKay played his freshman season at Chipola College.
