Heading to the northwest

The regular season is ending this week for one school in the Panhandle Conference. Read in this article to see where one player will be taking a official visit to in the near future right here on your source for junior college basketball recruiting news JucoJunction.
Northwest Florida State College will play there regular season finale versus Tallahassee Community College. The Raiders are currently 24-2 on the season under second year head coach Steve Forbes.

Forbes informed JucoJunction that freshman Elgin Cook will visit the the University of Oregon and Gonzaga University this coming weekend.
Cook will leave the Niceville, Fla., campus this spring with three years left to play.
Cook signed with Iowa State University while coming out of high school in Milwaukee, Wisc.
Cook played the fall semester at Trent Prep Internationale in Houston,TX before ever landing at Northwest Florida State College.
Cook is averaging 15 points and 6.2 rebounds per game this season for the Raiders. The Raiders are currently ranked No. 4 in the latest NJCAA Division 1 Poll.
