High flyer soaring back
John Brown will be returning for his sophomore season this fall at Olney Central College in Olney, IL. Brown, an ultra high flying athlete, played his high school basketball at Olympic High School in Charlotte, NC.
Brown averaged 11 ppg and was named to the 1st Team All Region and GRAC Conference this past season for the Blue Knights. Brown was runner-up to Freshman of the Year honors.

Brown will be the captain this season for the according to Blue Knights Head Coach Mike Burris.
"John plays with a great competitive nature on the floor he never takes any plays off and the kid has a great passion and desire to win. John really needs to improve on his perimeter shooting to be a solid mid major recruit" said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
