High-scoring Sirju signed early
Richard Sirju, (SO) 6-foot-2 (190) from Daytona Beach Community College, will join his teammate Deaundre Cranston in committing early for next season. Cranston is bound for Butler University while Sirju signed with the Utah State Aggies back in the early signing period for next season.
"Richard can really score the ball in a variety of ways," said JucoJunction staff member Bret Swanson.
Sirju is currently averaging 21.2 ppg, 3 rebounds and 2.2 assists while shooting 42% (65-155) from three-point range. Richard averaged 16.3 ppg last season the Falcons. Sirju currently has scored 895 career points while hitting 126 three-pointers over two seasons for Daytona Beach community College.
