Highland prospect moving on

Lamar Lee had to take a detour after leaving Indiana State University after last season. Lee, a (SO) 6-foot-1 (175) combo guard, will return to Division One next fall after signing a national letter of intent Thursday. JucoJunction has the latest on where Lee will go in this story.
Lee, now playing at Highland Community College in Freeport, IL, will take his game to Detroit Mercy next season according to Highland Community College assistant coach Ronnie Dean.

"Lamar signed with Detroit Mercy today," said Dean.
Lee is now the third member of the Cougars to make a early pledge joining Brandon Wood (Valpo) and Eric Frederick (FR) to TCU.
The Cougars are off to a (3-1) start this season in Region 4 (Northen Illinois) after losing their season opener to SW Tennessee State.
