Hines headed to the SEC

Chris Hines grew up in the middle of the SEC Conference as a kid growing up. JucoJunction has the latest on where Hines will be taking his game next season in this story.

Hines, (SO) 6-foot-7, will be playing at the University of Alabama. Hines is currently in his second season at Southwestern Community College in Belleville,IL under head coach Jay Harrington. The Blue Storm play in Region 24. Hines is a combo forward that averaged 11.9 ppg, 6.7 rebounds and shot 54% (140-259) from the floor last season.

Hines, an Evergreen, AL, native also received interest from UAB before picking the Crimson Tide. JucoJunction will see more of Hines this coming Sunday in Warrensburg, MO at Central Missouri State University while attending Rick Ball's Jamboree.
