Hope to keep on improving
Panola College is located in small town America in Eastern Texas near the Louisiana border. The Ponies are currently 8-6 this season heading into a game today with Jacksonville College.
Brandon Herman is running the point guard spot for the Ponies this season. Herman, a former NCAA Division one transfer from Robert Morris University, is currently averaging 13.7 ppg and 6.8 assists this season while connecting on 45% (54-119) from the floor.

Herman, a Chattanooga, TN native, prepped after high school at Charis Prep in Wilson, NC.
Malik Fields has moved around a bit in the past year. Fields, originally from Arkansas, played last season at Jackson Community College (MI). Fields played in some pickup action this past summer in Hawaii and thought about attending the school.
Fields, a combo forward, is averaging 8.1 ppg and 6.1 rebounds this year.
