Jacksonville sophomores will move on

JucoJunction had a chance to touch base with Jacksonville College Head Coach Greg Young. Jacksonville is (9-5) on the season going into conference play.
Royce Gaye: (SO) 6 foot 4 (195) from Houston, TX. Gaye, a wing player, is averaging 12.4 points and 4 rebounds this season.

"Royce is a long athletic wing who's a great perimeter defender," Young said.
Illinois State, Arkansas Little Rock, Sam Houston State and Georgia State are recruiting Gaye.
Marcus Anderson: (SO) 6 foot 5 (205) from Houston, TX.
"Marcus is a tough kid who makes big shots," Young said. "He can play inside and out."
Marcus is at 11.4 points this season. Stephen F. Austin, Texas Pan American and Gardner-Webb are calling on him.
Quentin Pettit: (SO) 6 foot 6 (220) from Houston, TX. The power forward is recently coming off a 23-point game versus Tyler JC.
"Quentin is a low block banger who can score with his back to the basket," Young remarked.
Pettit is at 8.5 points per game this year. Florida A&M, Drake and various others are calling him.
Devidas Petravicius: (SO) 6 foot 6 (215) from Lithuania.
"Devidas is a wing player who has a quick release and good skills," Young said. "He continues to play hard and improves every day."
Southern Utah, Texas Pan American and Northwestern State (LA) have shown interest in Petravicius.
Two players from Jacksonville signed early. Arthur Zulu inked with Sam Houston State and Orrin Greer will head to Louisiana Tech.
