Santwon received interest from East Tennessee State and Albany but just visited the CSUB campus.
"The strong, undersized, left-handed post will be a good fit for the Roadrunners next season," said JucoJunction staff member Bret Swanson.
Latunde averaged 12.8 ppg and 8.4 rebounds this season. Santwon scored 553 career points and grabbed 351 rebounds in his two-season career at Cowley College.
Lloyd Phillips, (SO) 5-foot-10 from Allen County CC, has signed with Montana for next season. Phillips will have three years left to play for the Grizzlies. Lloyd averaged 17.2 ppg and 3.5 assists this season for ACC. He shot 48.3% (70-145) from three-point range. Phillips, from Washington, D.C., attended Mercyhurst NE (PA) out of Coastal Christian (VA) but did not play at the Erie, PA school.
