Jeremy Lay makes new decision

University of Hawaii head coach Bob Nash was a happy man on Wednesday. Nash received a extra year on his contract plus he received a commitment from a junior college point guard. JucoJunction has the latest on which point guard will be heading to the Hawaiian Islands next season to play for the Rainbow Warriors.
Jeremy Lay, (SO) 6-foot-0 (185), from Northern Oklahoma-Enid will play at the University of Hawaii next season. Lay, who committed back in the fall to Southeast Missouri State, and reopened his recruitment after then head coach Scott Edgar was left go by the school. Lay visited Missouri State earlier this spring and decided on the Rainbow Warriors today. Jeremy received interest from Fresno State and South Alabama.
Lay finished his career at Northern Oklahoma-Enid has the leading scorer for the Jets with 934 points and 485 assists while averaging 16.6 ppg and 6.4 assists this season. Jeremy was a first team all region and BI State West performer this season. The Jets finished the year at 25-8. Lay joins teammate Wayne Runnels, who committed to Creighton, last week in ending his recruitment for next season.
