Jeremy Williams back to Division One

Jeremy Williams has been at the Division One level before. Williams will look to return this coming fall in Conference USA. JucoJunction touched base with Southwest Tennessee Community College assistant coach Verties Sails III on where Williams will be taking his game this fall.
Williams, (SO) 6-foot-7 from Memphis, TN, will join teammate Myron Strong at UTEP next season.
"Jeremy is an athletic, skilled forward who has already proven himself at the the high major level while attending Colorado. Jeremy is a young man of great integrity and character. We look forward to seeing him at UTEP as a starter, filling the void of current senior Stefon Jackson," said Sails.
Williams averaged 7.7 ppg and 4.6 rebounds while at Colorado last season as a freshman. Jeremy is averaging 16 ppg and 6.8 rebounds this season while shooting 55.6% (119-214) from the floor. Williams received a lot of interest in the recruiting process according to Sails.
