Jets duo decides

Two players in the Sooner State will take there skills onto the four year level this coming August. Read more about this duo from California and where they will be heading this fall right here on your source for junior college basketball recruiting news.
JucoJunction was informed by Northern Oklahoma College-Enid Head Coach Greg Shamburg that Mychael Hearn and Markeith Cungious have made college decisions for this coming season. "Hearn will play at NCAA D2 school Hawaii-Hilo and Cungious will play at the University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky," said Shamberg.

Hearn is a guard from San Bernardino, C.A. He averaged 14.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2 steals per game this past season for the Jets. Hearn was ranked number No.150 in the 2011 JucoJunction Top 150. "Mychael really has a strong body and good explosion to the basket," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
Cungious is an undersized post player player who only averaged 4.5 points and 3.7 rebounds per game this season for the Jets. "Markeith looks like a football player. He is very light on his feet running the floor and possesses great frame and shoulders," said Swanson.
