Johnson on the Move

Karron Johnson won't be having his mail forwarded to the Sunshine State of Florida after all this season. JucoJunction.com found out today from a NJCAA School that they have signed the power forward from Richmond, VA to a National Letter of Intent for this coming fall.
"Karron has signed with us for next season" said Midland College Head Coach Ross Hodge. Johnson 6-foot-8 played this past season at Moberly Area College in Missouri. Johnson averaged 21.6 ppg and 8 rebounds for the Greyhounds and earned Player of the Year Honors.

Johnson was enrolled at Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, FL earlier this summer. Commodores Head Coach Jay Powell confirmed Johnson leaving the program a few weeks back to JucoJunction.
Johnson signed with Oklahoma State University out of prep school. Johnson played at Mount Zion Christian Academy, Patterson School and Laurinburg Institute all in North Carolina while in high school and prep school.
