Jones County JC has big-time freshman
Jones County Junior College in Mississippi has one of the top freshmen in the country in Trenton Marshall. Marshall, 6-foot-5 (225), is from Garyville, LA. Trenton
is currently averaging 23.3 ppg, 8.5 rebounds and 3 assists on the season while shooting 39.1% (47-120) from three point range.

"Trenton is a extreme talent and a very versatile basketball player. His greatest attribute is he is so unselfish on the floor," said Jones County Junior College head coach Kyle Roane.
Roane told JucoJunction he saw Marshall play at least 20 times during his senior season at East St John High School in Louisiana. Marshall is a 2/3 man who has scored 38 points versus Alabama Southern earlier this season.
Ole Miss, LSU, Mississippi State and Southern Mississippi are already recruiting Marshall for next season. Look for Trenton to play in Mullens JUCO 120 Camp this summer in Tulsa, OK.
Jonathan Woodland: (SO) 6-foot-4 (190) from Purvis, MS.
Woodland is currently averaging 12.7 ppg and 8.8 rebounds this season.
"Jonathan is undersized post player who has a great motor. He is a great offensive rebounder and is always active on the floor," said Roane.
Woodland is shooting 60.7% (79-130) from the floor this season. The Bobcats are currently (7-9) on the season.
