KCK has prospects to watch

Head coach Jon Oler KCK Blue Devils have had a super season at 19-10 in the Jayhawk Eastern Conference. Coach Oler caught JucoJunction up on his players' recruitment today.
David Nurse: (SO) 6-foot-2 (180) from Kearney, NE. Nurse redshirted last year at UMKC. David will move on after this season with three years left to play.

"David is a strong kid with great range who really sees the floor well," said Oler.
Western Illinois, Ball State, Idaho State, Pittsburg State (KS),Emporia State (KS),Washburn (KS) have all shown interest in him this spring. The 3.9 GPA student/combo guard recently had 33 points versus Allen County while sinking seven three-pointers. Nurse is averaging 16.7 ppg and is shooting 46.8% (80-171) from three-point range.
Joe Hutchingson: (SO) 6-foot-5 (185) from Kansas City, KS.
"Hutchingson is a wing player that can really drive it to the basket," said Oler.
Bethune-Cookman, Kennesaw State, Portland State, Shaw University, Rockhurst (MO) have all shown interest in Joe. Hutchingson is averaging 13.7 ppg and shooting 43.4% (49-113) from three-point range this season.
Ryan Spearman: (SO) 6-foot-3 (175) from Kansas City, KS. The two guard is a transfer from Garden City CC (KS).
"Spearman is a shooter with great range that plays very heady on the floor," said Oler.
Spearman is shooting 39% (71-182) from three-point land this season while averaging 12.1 ppg for the Blue Devils.
Mike Sylvara: (SO) 6-foot-4 (230) from Belton, MO. Sylvara is an undersized post player.
"The third year player is really skilled around the basket," said Oler.
Mike redshirted last year and has scored 30 points versus Labette CC this season. Northeastern State (OK),Missouri Western and Drury (MO) have all shown interest in him this season. Sylvara is averaging 12.1 ppg this season.
