LA prospect headed to the islands
Demetrius Turner, a (SO) 6-foot-4 (185) wing player from Los Angeles Southwest Community College, will be headed to NCAA D2 school Chaminade next season and play for the Silverswords.
Turner played his freshman season at Cerritos College where he averaged 16.4 ppg and 3.8 rebounds. Demetrius played this past summer in Mullens 120 JUCO Camp in Tulsa, OK.
