"Konner is a tough, hard-nosed kid that can really score. He really plays with an edge that elevates his game beyond what you think he can do," said Dotson.
Tucker averaged 16.3 ppg and 3.1 rebounds this season while shooting 42.4% (73-172) from three-point range this season. Tucker's former high school at Paschal High School in Fort Worth was with Kentucky head coach Billy Gillispie at South Plains College back in the mid 90's. Konner took in the Wildcats victory over UNLV in the NIT on Tuesday night.
Tucker received interest from Oklahoma State, California, South Alabama and Marquette according to Dotson this spring.
"Konner has great basketball fundamentals and court vision on the floor," said JucoJunction staff analyst Bret Swanson.
JucoJunction will keep an eye out for his Bearcat teammates this spring in the recruiting process.
