USC-Sumter suddenly dropped their back program in April and two players had to find other schools for this coming fall. Darrice Whitley and Kenny Wayne Jackson will both suit up elsewhere this coming season.

Whitley will attend Baton Rouge Community College in Louisiana while Jackson will enroll at conference foe Brunswick Community College in Supply, N.C. Whitley averaged 11.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.8 assists this past season for the Fire Ants.
Jackson is a power forward from Mullins, S.C. He will travel down the road 90 minutes to play for Dolphins Head Coach Walter Shaw. Jackson averaged 5.2 points and 3 rebounds per game while coming on very strong down the stretch for the Fire Ants.
