Matador duo still thinking about late visits

The late signing period ends Wednesday. However, that's not necessarily the deadline for future college players to make their decisions. At least one prospect at Arizona Western Community College will most likely take longer.
"Luis Pulido has visited Cal Bakersfield and he's got Stephen F. Austin recruiting him still and Portland State recruiting him," said head coach Kelly Green. "I think he'll go a little longer. He's going to be a summer graduate."

Pulido averaged seven points and four assists while leading AWC to the top seed in the national junior college tournament. The Matadors couldn't finish the job in Hutch, but still had an impressive season.
"Defensively, Luis is very solid," Green said. "He did a good job of running our team."
One of Pulido's teammates is also busy sorting through his recruiting options. Jushay Rockett has already visited Southeast Missouri and Texas State.
"Riverside is trying to get involved now and I don't know what's going to happen," said Green. "He's pretty close to making a decision I think."
Both SEMO and Texas State have offered Rockett a scholarship.
