McGriff, Baker Start to Garner Attention
Last month, JUCO Junction reported the transfers of 6-8 forwards Jason McGriff and Yusuf Baker to the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Id.
Recently, we caught up with CSI Asst. Coach Barret Peery, and he filled us in on the latest information with both players' recruitment.

McGriff, a 6-8 combo forward who transferred in from Odessa College in Texas, has preliminary interest from Purdue, Houston, Oklahoma State and Florida Atlantic.
As for Baker, Wyoming, New Mexico and New Orleans have contacted the CSI staff regarding the South Florida transfer.
Neither Baker nor McGriff is expected to sign early, and many colleges are likely to swing through Twin Falls this autumn to take a look at the duo. As a result, Peery expects their recruitments to evolve quite a bit in the coming months.
