McLennans Wilson done with first official visit

Most of the action on the recruiting scene is done for the sophomores at McLennan Community College. Jejuan Plair is headed to Sam Houston State and Chris Ross will play for Marshall. Howewver, there is still one thing to get settled.
6-foot-4 shooting guard Kenny Wilson has yet to make his decision.

"I'm not sure what he's going to do," said head coach Kevin Gill. "But I think he's ready to get something done."
To that end, Wilson made his first official visit over the weekend.
"He went up to Boise State this weekend and I haven't heard from him yet, but I do know he took that trip," Gill said. "Western Michigan and Denver were also interested in bringing him in."
Wilson shot 42% from three point range as a freshman and averaged eight points a game. He nearly doubled that as a sophomore, getting more than 15 a night.
"He's a really good shooter," Gill said. "He's gotten better putting the ball on the floor and creating his own shot. He was the conference player of the week early in the season. He's a good free throw shooter, just really good shooting the basketball."
JucoJunction.com will continue to keep track of Wilson's recruitment.
