Monroe-Bronx prospect will sign
Monroe CC-Bronx guard Dashaun Williams will sign today on the first
day of the signing period with the Houston Cougars.

"Dashaun is a skilled and versatile player," said assistant coach Steve Hobbs. "I think Coach Penders style and the University of Houston is a great fit for his talents. He is very comfortable playing in pressing full court style."
Monroe CC-Bronx started off this season last weekend in the Pensacola Tourney and lost both games. Williams scored 19 and 17 respectively. Dashaun is from Chicago,IL where he was a high school teammate of
Wabash Valley (IL) player Desmond Hendrix.
Dashaun averaged 11.4 points and 2.9 rebounds last year in leading Monroe CC-Bronx to Hutchinson for the national tourney.
