Mott prospect signs with Rebels

The Ole Miss Rebels have gotten a late addition to their recruiting class. The Rebels signed Mott Community College standout Terrence Watson.
Watson is a 6-foot-5, 215-pounder with a seven-foot wingspan. Marshall, Detroit, Charlotte and Houston were in the mix before Watson chose Ole Miss.

"I honestly believe that Terrence Watson will make an impact at Ole Miss," said Mott coach Steve Schmidt. "They were extremely thorough from start to finish with the recruiting process. He was a guy that they targeted early and really wanted."
Watson can play any number of spots on the floor for Andy Kennedy.
"Terrence is an extremely athletic and versatile player that can play a number of positions," Schmidt said. "He has the ability to impact a game on the defensive end - which is tough to do. He can guard any position on the floor."
Watson is the third member of Mott's 35-3 national title team to sign a Division One letter of intent. National player of the year Kevin Tiggs is still available.
