Jeff Early and Tyrone Lindsay will remain teammates after leaving Monroe College. Both players will play in the Missouri Valley Conference next fall at Southern Illinois University.

Early started his college career at Allegany College in Cumberland, M.D. The native of Glasgow, V.A. averaged 13.9 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game this season for the Mustangs. Early grew up in Puerto Rico before heading to Virginia.
Early visited SIU and Bradley University this spring. Early is ranked No. 42 in the 2011 JucoJunction Top 150 this season. Early took two different teams to the NJCAA National Tourney in his junior college career. The Mustangs finished in third place this season after defeating Southeastern Community College 74-56.
Lindsey is a combo guard from Mansfield, O.H. He averaged 7.3 points, 3 rebounds and and 3.5 assists per game this season for the 31-5 Mustangs. The Mustangs duo look to contribute to the Salukis team this fall.
