New Options Sprouting up for Manier

Malcolm Manier, the high scoring 6-2, 190 pound shooting guard from Cincinnati State and Technical College in Cincinnati, Ohio, has seen a pair of new schools express interest in him.
Cincinnati State Head Coach Joe Fowler informed JUCO Junction that St. Bonaventure and Long Beach State are now looking at Manier.

Earlier this month, we reported that Manier took an official visit to Maryland-Baltimore County.
The only thing between Manier and the D-I ranks right now is the completion of his junior college degree requirements.
Fowler said there's good news on that front, as Manier's spring grades were solid and kept him in line with his summer graduation timetable.
Manier is currently enrolled in two courses (biology and computer science). If he passes both, he will earn his associates degree.
We will keep you posted on Manier's progress in the classroom and recruitment until a final outcome is reached. Stay tuned!
