Jamil Goodwin is in his third year of college after starting off at Edmonds Community College in Washington and moved onto St Bonaventure University. The Newark, N.J. native prepped at Notre Dame Prep in Fitchburg, Mass. after high school.
"Goodwin, a combo forward, is a strong and physical forward who has the ability to step out for a 15 footer," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
TraVaughn White was an academic qualifier coming out of high school in Kansas City, Kan. White received interest from Fresno State, St Bonaventure University and Sam Houston State University. The point guard signed with Sam Houston State University but decided not to attend the Huntsville, Tex. school in the Southland Conference.
"TraVaughn has good elevation on his pullup jumper and has the ability to finish in traffic," said Swanson.
JucoJunction will take a look at more Pirates later on right here on your source for junior college basketball recruiting news.
