Ohlone College has five sign

Ohlone College in Fremont, CA had five kids sign on the dotted line for next year. Head coach John Peterson talked to JucoJunction today about what players are moving on. Ohlone finished the season at 28-4 and made a trip to the Final 8 in Fresno. Ohlone lost to Antelope Valley in the quarterfinals.
Renardo Bass: (SO) 6 foot 2 (195) from Norfolk, VA. Bass was an All-Conference Performer this season for the Renegades while averaging 7.6 ppg and 7.3 rebounds. Renardo has signed on with D2 power Cal State San Bernardino.

Bert Whittington: (SO) 5-foot-11 (180) Oakland, CA.
"Bert is a extremely quick scoring point guard. He's a great on the ball defender," Peterson said.
Whittington averaged 10.5 ppg this season. He received interest from Northern Colorado and Cal State San Bernardino. Bert decided to sign with San Bernardino.
Willis Gardner: (SO) 6-foot-0 (180) from Norristown, PA. Willis played at Luzerne County CC (PA) back in 2004-2005. Gardner averaged 10.2 ppg and 4.2 assists this season while running the team from the point guard position. Willis took visits to Wright State and Colorado State while also receiving interest from Louisiana Tech and LaSalle. Gardner will for new head coach Tim Miles next season at Colorado State.
"Willis is so competitive he just knows how to win games," said Peterson.
Gardner shot 51% (99-194) from the floor this season.
Allen Hester: (SO) 6-foot-1 (185) from Oakland, CA. The scoring guard averaged 10.5 ppg this season. Hester will be heading to Ohio University in the fall.
"Allen really liked the atmosphere at Ohio University and that the program is very established," said Peterson.
Allen visited Northern Arizona and Ohio University.
Hamidou Coulibaly: (FR) 6-foot-8 (230) from Mali, Africa. Coulibaly has signed on with Hawaii-Pacific for next season. Hamidou will have three years left to play.
