Alex Lubsey will pack up and leave Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Tex for Charleston, Ill this coming season. Lubsey will attend classes and play at Eastern Illinois University this season in the Ohio Valley Conference.

Lubsey is an academic qualifier out of Mack Academy in Charlotte, N.C. He played just one season for the Apaches. The wing player averaged 4.3 points and 4.3 rebounds per game while shooting 47 percent from the floor. The Apaches under head coach Mike Marquis finished the season at 18-12.
