One commits, others looking at Olney Central

Ryan Daniels has been to three schools in three years and next season it will be four schools in four years. Daniels a point guard from Olney Central College in Olney, IL took an official visit this past weekend and walked away with a scholarship offer for this coming fall. JucoJunction has the latest on where this Blue Knight point guards future destination in this story.
"Ryan will be going to the University of Central Arkansas next season. Ryan really has a great work ethic and we wish him all the best in his future," said Olney Central College head coach Mike Burris.

The Blue Knights finished the year at 20-11 and Daniels averaged 10.6 ppg, 4.6 assists and 2.8 rebounds this season while gathering second-team all-region honors. Daniels started his career at Butler County Community College in Kansas and played for the Grizzlies back in 2006-2007. Ryan redshirted last season at Drake University for the Bulldogs. He will have two years to play for the Bears starting this fall.
Some of Ryan's teammates are still looking for a home this coming season. Jared Rehmel, a (SO) 5-foot-11 guard, scored 1,060 points in two seasons with the Blue Knights and is still searching for a school. Rehmel was runner-up to player of year Chris Hines (Alabama) from Southwestern Illinois Community College. Rehmel redshirted back in 2007-2008 for the Blue Knights and his a 3rd year player. Rehmael hails from Jasonville, IN.
Ahmad Grant (SO) will be taking visits to Northern Iowa, Utah State and UNC-Wilmington starting next weekend. Grant was a two year starter for the Blue Knights and scored over 1,000 career points in joining Rehmel.
