OSU lands a big one

Junior college basketball fans will not be able to see J.P. Olukemi play this coming season. Olukemi will be sitting out and will have three years to play at the Division One level. Olukemi recently took his second official visit this past weekend and walked committing to a Big 12 Conference program. JucoJunction has the latest where Olukemi will play in this story.
Olukemi, (SO) 6-foot-7 from La Habra, CA, will play next season at Oklahoma State University according to Vincennes University assistant coach Brian Davis. Olukemi will have three years to play for the Cowboys after sitting this season out at Vincennes University in Vincennes, IN.

"J.P really likes the style of offense that Oklahoma State plays," said Davis.
Olukemi took an official visit this past weekend to South Florida and visited the Cowboys earlier this month. Providence and Oklahoma also showed strong interest in J.P. this fall.
Olukemi will graduate from Vincennes in December and enroll at Oklahoma State in January 2010. Olukemi averaged 14.9 ppg and 4 rebounds last season for the 22-9 Blazers.
