Gillette College Head Coach Shawn Neary informed JucoJunction today that James Hunter will play at Washington State University next season. The Australian will leave the Pronghorns with three years to play.

Hunter started off his college career at Harcum College (PA) before leaving in December 2010 and never playing for the Bears. Hunter averaged 12.9 points and 6.8 rebounds this season for the 17-14 Pronghorns.
Hunter shot 63 percent (159-253) from the floor this season. The Pronghorns season ended with a loss to eventual national tourney bound Otero College 81-59 in the Region 9 Tourney.
