Panthers guard playing well

Rural South Carolina is where you can find a small school in Denmark, S.C. named Denmark Technical College. The Panthers play in Region 10 with the likes of Aiken Tech, Brunswick Community College, Cape Fear and Spartanburg Methodist College to name just a few programs.

Curtis Dunbar is just a freshman for the Panthers. Dunbar hails from Columbia, S.C. He prepped out of high school at Carolina Tech in Charlotte, N.C. under then head coach Jeff Bishop.
"Curtis is always in the right place at the right time on the floor. He is a kid you can't leave open on the floor and can really knockdown the midrange jumper," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
Dunbar recently scored 31 points in a game that JucoJunction was on hand for versus North Charleston Prep. Dunbar is currently averaging 16.2 points per game this season for the 4-3 Panthers.
Henry Johnson is one of two sophomores on the roster for the Panthers this season. Johnson who played high school basketball at Calhoun County High School in St Matthews, S.C. Johnson started his college career at USC-Salkehatchie in Walterboro, S.C.
"Henry is a slender point guard," said Swanson. Johnson is currently averaging 11.6 points per game this season. The Panthers are coached this season by Randall Procter.
JucoJunction will keep a eye out for the Panthers in Region 10 this season as they will be hosting the Region Tourney this coming March.
