Panthers looking to make move

The Jayhawk Conference year after year brings solid play to the table. This season seems to be no different as two players from the Eastern Division are having solid seasons. Read more about these players right here on your source for junior college basketball recruiting news JucoJunction.
The Panthers of Neosho County Community College are currently 10-8 on the season under head coach Jeremy Coombs. Chris Patton is a big and imposing player when he steps on the floor. The Australia native played his freshman season at the College of Southern Idaho where he won a national championship.

The center is currently averaging 14.9 points and 10.8 rebounds per game this season while shooting 60 percent (100-167) from the floor for the Panthers. Patton is receiving interest from UC Riverside, Cal State Fullerton, San Jose State and South Alabama according to Coombs.
Patton is ranked No. 106 in the 2012 JucoJunction Top 150.
Brison White is the leading scorer on the Panthers squad this season. The combo guard is averaging 15.9 points and 2.8 rebounds per game while connecting 52 percent (111-215) from the floor. "Brison is a left-handed explosive athlete with a very good mid-range jumper," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
White is receiving interest this spring from Sam Houston State, Albany, Texas-San Antonio, Hawaii, Evansville and South Alabama according to Coombs. Stay tuned for the next six weeks to see how the Panthers fare in there next 12 games before heading into the post season.
