Perry Petty makes his decision

Perry Petty scored 1,093 career points in 61 games played over the past two seasons at Allen County Community College in Iola, KS. The Red Devils point guard has made a pledge to play his basketball in the Bay Area next season at Santa Clara University

Petty, (SO) 5-foot-11 (175) from Milwaukee, WI, makes a brother combination for Allen County. His brother Tyray is also receiving interest from the division one level. Perry averaged 21 ppg and 6 assists this past season. He dished out 311 assists over the past two seasons. Perry shot 47.4% (211-445) from the floor this season.

Petty visited Santa Clara back on March 14-16 and also visited SMU. Central Florida-offered, Southeast Missouri State-offered and UTEP showed interest in the guard this season. Perry made the all region team this season.
