Pigford: Three Trips on the Docket
C.J. Pigford, a skilled 6-6, 230 pound power forward from Lon Morris College in Jacksonville, Tex., has planned three official visits this spring.
JUCO Junction caught up with Lon Morris Head Coach Dale Dotson this week, and he told us that Pigford will take trips to Ole Miss, Charlotte and Rutgers.

Dotson wasn't certain when Pigford would visit each of the three schools, but he was sure that trips to the trio have been set up. He only has four official visits left after visiting Washington State back in the fall.
Since that trip, the staff at Washington State has been replaced.
Pigford, who transferred into Lon Morris in the fall after spending his freshman year at Virginia Tech, averaged 18.2 points and shot 61.3 percent from the floor.
An effective scorer around the basket, Pigford can also face up out to midrange. He can put the ball on the floor a bit to get to the basket as well.
