Plenty of changes in the air

The departure of former head coach Butch Estes at Palm Beach State College has left the Panthers with a whole new team this coming fall and a new head coach. Former Lynn University head coach Scott McMillian will take over the reins.
Recently two players from this years team have signed on for elsewhere in Carrington Ward and Demetric Austin.

Both players will be heading to the Lone Star State for this coming season. Ward has signed with San Jacinto College while Austin will play at Midland College.
Ward, a combo guard, averaged 13 ppg, 2.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists this past season for the 29-3 Panthers. Ward connected on 49.7% (149-300) from the floor and 47.6% (50-106) from three point range.
Ward is a Philadelphia, PA native. Ward started 31 games this season for Palm Beach State College.
Austin, a Silver Spring, MD native, is a combo forward. Austin came off the bench most of the season this past year for the Panthers while averaging 9.3 ppg and 3.7 rebounds.
Austin will join new Midland College Head Coach Jordan Dreiling this season in West Texas.
