Poland ready to play again

Jawanza Poland didn't play a game this past season at Hutchinson Community College in Kansas. Poland transferred into Hutchinson Community College from nearby Cowley College and didn't receive the necessary release to play for the Blue Dragons. JucoJunction has the latest on where Poland will play next fall in this story.
"Jawanza Poland has signed with South Florida of the Big East Conference," said Blue Dragons Assistant Coach Lance Madison.

Poland, a Wichita, KS native, was named Freshman of the Year in the Jayhawk Conference for Cowley College back in 2008-2009 season.
Poland visited and received offers this season Oklahoma and Wichita State before signing with the Bulls today according to Madison.
"Jawanza is a very athletic wing player and a pesky defender on the ball," said JucoJunction staff analyst Bret Swanson.
Poland will have three years to play for South Florida.
