Pulley: Four Trips Being Planned

The sweepstakes for strong 6-2 Barton County point guard Randy Pulley is beginning to heat up this spring.
JUCO Junction spoke with Barton Head Coach Ryan Wolf on Wednesday evening, and he told us that Pulley will be taking his second official visit to Missouri this weekend (Apr. 18-20).

In addition, Pulley has pledged official visits this spring to both Arizona and Texas. It was just late last week that JUCO Junction reported that Arizona Head Coach Lute Olson and Texas Asst. Coach Rodney Terry were in Great Bend, Kan., to look at Pulley.
Wolf cautioned that no dates have been set up with Arizona and Texas, but he expects the visits to occur a few weeks after his next trip to Missouri. So after his trip to Mizzou, Pulley will lay low before hitting the road again.
If he does follow through the four tentative trips, that would leave Pulley with one more official visit to take this spring.
Among the colleges in the mix for the final visit are UNLV, Murray State, East Carolina, Louisiana Tech and Charlotte. Pittsburgh and Rutgers appear to be long shots at this juncture, Wolf said.
Pulley, who spent a year at St. Louis University prior to enrolling at Barton County, averaged 12.8 points and 5.7 assists for the 28-4 Cougars.
JUCO Junction will stay on top of Pulley's recruitment until it reaches a conclusion sometime this spring. Stay tuned!
