Quality JC Forwards Go Off the Board

A pair of quality junior college forwards, Eastern Oklahoma's Brice Vounang and Lincoln's Terrance Chapman, have arrived at college decisions this spring.
Bret Swanson of Swanny's Roundball Review is reporting that Vounang has signed with San Diego and Chapman has signed with Ball State.

A native of Dschang, Cameroon, Vounang enjoyed productive seasons for the Mountaineers from 2001-2003. A blue collar 6-7, 240 pound power forward with good scoring and rebounding skills, Vounang should contribute immediately for the Toreros.
Chapman, a 6-6, 215 pound power forward from Joliet, Ill., averaged 19.6 points and 9.1 rebounds per game as a sophomore this past season at Lincoln J.C. in Lincoln, Ill.
Chapman was part of an NJCAA Tournament participant in 2001-2002 when he attended Moberly Area C.C. in Missouri.
A newspaper report on Chapman's signing can be found at this link.
