Raiders player stays close

Northwest Florida State College Head Coach Steve Forbes informed JucoJunction recently that Demetrius Moore will play at Troy University in Dothan, Ala. this coming fall. Moore had been a one-time commitment to Louisiana Tech University.

Moore visited Louisiana Tech University and Troy University back in the fall semester. Troy plays in the Sun Belt Conference.
Moore averaged 7.6 points and 5.5 rebounds and shot 55 percent from the floor last season. The Raiders lost to South Plains College in the NJCAA National Championship in Hutchinson, Kan. The Raiders finished the season at 31-2.
