Rebels looking for big year

Hill College made a deep run last season in the region tourney. Rebels Head Coach Swede Trenkle really likes his team this year.
Coris Williams Jr., a power forward from Powder Springs, GA has gathered some early recruiting interest.

Williams Jr told JucoJunction he has received interest from Sam Houston State, Stephen F Austin, Texas San Antonio and Texas Arlington this fall.
"Williams Jr is a big bodied four man who moves very well for his size and can step-out and knockdown the three ball" said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
Marcus Johnson Jr., a point guard from Charlotte, NC transferred into Hill College via Mott Community College (MI). Johnson Jr averaged 12 ppg last year for the Bears.
"Johnson is a pass first point guard who really likes to drive it and has a great ability to finish" said Swanson.
Jererrio Jones is a very versatile freshman on the roster for the Rebels. Jones, a Memphis, TN native has some big-time potential with great vision off the bounce and he versatility to play several positions on the floor.
The Rebels will look to advance a bit farther this season with a talented group of players on the roster.
