Red Raiders land a surprise
Brad Reese has debated between three schools this fall and he finally decided on which one to attend next fall. JucoJunction had a chance to touch base with head coach Jay Powell and Reese himself today at Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, FL.
"I have sent off the scholarship papers back to Texas Tech today," said Reese.

Reese,a (SO) 6-foot-6 small forward, is ranked number seven in the JucoJunction Top 200 players which will come out on Thursday.
"Texas Tech was the first school to recruit me this summer and they really never put any pressure on me during the whole recruiting period," said Reese.
"I am glad it is finally over and we can concentrate on the season," said head coach Jay Powell.
The Commodores also had another player sign today in Marquis Gilstrap with Iowa State University. Gilstrap made a verbal to the Cyclones earlier this fall. The Commodores compete in the Panhandle Conference in Florida.
