South Suburban College Head Coach John Pigatti informed JucoJunction today that Marcus Lewis will play in the Ohio Valley Conference at Eastern Kentucky University this coming fall. Lewis a Streamwood, Ill. native started his college career at Parkland College in Champaign, Ill.

Lewis averaged 13.7 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists this season for the Bulldogs. Lewis shot 59 percent (168-283) from the floor.
Nearby at Triton College in River Grove, Ill. Head Coach Steve Christiansen informed JucoJunction that Thierno Niang will play at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee next season.
The native of Senegal, Africa prepped at Bridgton Academy (ME) before entering junior college. Niang averaged 7.6 points, 3.3 rebounds and 4.6 assists this season for the Trojans.
The Trojans finished the season at 27-5.
