Salter will suit up for the Rainbow Warriors of the University of Hawaii next season according to the Honolulu Advertiser. Salter a point guard, had signed back in the fall with Auburn University but, when Coach Jeff Lebo was let go he decided to look elsewhere. Salter visited Charlotte and the University of Iowa before deciding on Hawaii this weekend.

Salter from Arcadia,FL averaged 12.4 ppg and 2.8 assists this season for the Reivers. Salter is now the eighth new recruit in the University of Hawaii recruiting class for next season. Salter is ranked #3 in the JucoJunction Top 150. Salter will have two years to play for the Rainbow Warriors.
