Returning to familiar ground
"Kedar Edwards is returning to State Fair Community College" said Head Coach Kevin Thomas. Thomas led the Roadrunners to the NJCAA National Tourney last season before falling to Chipola College 91-83. The Roadrunners finished the season at 26-7.
Edwards, a third year player, started off his college career at Long Island University after playing at West Oaks Academy in Orlando, FL.

Edwards had signed with Florida State University back in April. Thomas informed JucoJunction that Edwards will reopen his recruitment this coming fall.
Edwards averaged 16.8 ppg, 7.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists last season. Edwards connected on 49% (171-349) from the floor and 47% (60-129) from the 3 point range.
