Rogers picks BYU

Stephen Rogers is not your typical junior college player. Rogers recently decided to end his recruitment last night after playing just one season of junior colelge basketball. JucoJunction has the latest on where Rogers will be heading in this story.
Calling it the "hardest decision I have had to make in my life" said Rogers to the Salt Lake Tribune, the Mesa Community College big man will play at BYU next season after choosing the Cougars over Utah State.

Rogers was a redshirt freshman this past season playing at Mesa where he earned ACCAC Player of the Year honors after averaging 21.3 ppg and 5.3 rebounds. Rogers, 6-foot-8, plays the small forward position.
Rogers will have three years to play for BYU. Rogers started his college career a Arizona State University after serving an LDS Church mission.
